Bobbi Liberton, Ph.D.
Bobbi has worked 27 years as an educator and psychotherapist; also workshop and seminar presenter, speaker, superior court mediator, director of a children’s day treatment program, assistant director of clinical programs, cofounder and president of two universities.
In my life’s work as a leader, educator, and psychotherapist, it has been and continues to be rewarding and a great pleasure to guide people as they move more fully into their own power, both professionally and personally. It is a privilege to facilitate communication between people in organizations as they learn to express themselves more safely, freely, honestly, deeply, and with increasing clarity.
Bob Fimiani
Bob has worked for 18 years as a program director/team builder in residential psychiatric treatment centers for children, and adult correctional programs throughout the country; also 22 years as a trainer; group and individual counselor, university instructor, superior court mediator, documentary film maker.
The techniques that I now teach, as a consultant and trainer, are the same tools I used over decades, as a leader, to help transform poor organizations into good ones and good organizations into better ones. It is my conviction that when we and the people with whom we work, learn how to feel safe, clear, and authentic with each other, we begin a journey of synergy without limits.
